Allen L. Finkelstein is a 1967 graduate of Brooklyn Law School.

Prior to joining the predecessor to Ganfer & Shore, LLP he was a founding partner of the Law Firm of Finkelstein Bruckman Wohl Most & Rothman and its predecessors.

After Law School graduation, he was appointed to the faculty of Long Island University as a professor of business and law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association.

Mr. Finkelstein is counsel to various international and domestic  corporations and several not-for-profit organizations and family foundations and practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, real estate, litigation and matrimonial law.

Mr. Finkelstein is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level in professional excellence and ethics.
