Danielle L. Mark concentrates her practice in real estate. Ms. Mark graduated cum laude with honors in Philosophy from New York University in 1997, with a double major in Philosophy and Psychology.

She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Before entering private practice, Ms. Mark served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, where she had the opportunity to litigate a civil jury trial. Ms. Mark then served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General's Office, under Eliot Spitzer.

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, Ms. Mark worked in private practice where she focused on white collar criminal and regulatory matters. Ms. Mark is admitted to practice in the State of New York (2001), the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. Ms. Mark is proficient in Hebrew, Spanish and Italian.
