Gabriel Levinson concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate litigation, and also practices in the area of corporate litigation. Mr. Levinson received his B.A. from Vassar College in 1995, with a major in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1998.

While in law school, Mr. Levinson interned for the Honorable Justice Gerald Sheindlin in Supreme Court, Bronx County and at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, he successfully litigated and secured verdicts, jury and non-jury, in both the Supreme and Civil Courts in the areas of commercial, contractual, entertainment, and insurance litigation. Mr. Levinson has arbitrated many cases at the American Arbitration Association, has arbitrated and mediated numerous cases at the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, and has experience covering a wide variety of matters in the areas of civil litigation, real estate law (commercial and residential), construction law, complex civil actions, and multi-jurisdictional disputes. 

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, Mr. Levinson worked at the Law Offices of Michael Samuel (during a portion of which time he also served as trial counsel for Mark B. Stumer & Associates, PC), and at Kucker & Bruh, LLP. Mr. Levinson is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey (1999), and in the United States District Court, Eastern District (2005).
