Jacen A. Bruni concentrates his practice primarily on commercial litigation.  Mr. Bruni received his B.A. in Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003 and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2006. 

During law school, Mr. Bruni qualified and competed successfully in various Moot Court competitions and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Gregory Silverman in support of preparing scholarly articles and courses related to Poststructuralist Legal Theory.

He also studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam in The Netherlands, where he studied International Comparative Constitutional Law and International Human Rights Law.

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, Mr. Bruni worked in private practice where he worked on a variety of civil litigation matters as assigned defense counsel.  

Mr. Bruni is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
