Steven J. Shore is a 1971 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the staff of Annual Survey of American Law.

Prior to forming the predecessor to Ganfer & Shore, LLP he was a staff attorney with the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission and thereafter an associate in the litigation department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

He is a past lecturer at The New York City Bar Association on securities mediation and Columbia Law School on securities law.

Mr. Shore has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a member of the Sections of Business Law and Litigation and Committee on Corporate Counsel of the American Bar Association, a member of the committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, and a member of the Securities Industry Association Compliance and Legal Division.

Mr. Shore is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level in professional excellence and ethics.
