Thomas J. Curran is a 1989 graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he developed interest and experience in litigation with a focus on white collar criminal and regulatory matters.

After six years practicing at two large international firms, Mr. Curran became an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, where he spent three years prosecuting violent recidivist felons in the Major Offense/Career Criminal Program and three years prosecuting securities fraud as a member of the Frauds Bureau.

Mr. Curran has extensive experience working with federal and state law enforcement, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange, and other criminal and civil regulators.

Mr. Curran is a Member of Mayor Michael Bloomberg's Committee on City Marshals, a Member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Appellate Division, First Department, an instructor for the Manhattan District Attorney's Trial Advocacy Program, and provides commentary on business legal affairs for various media outlets, including Bloomberg News and Television, FOX News, CNN, CBS News, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
