William D. McCracken practices commercial and securities litigation before the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. McCracken was associated with Venable LLP and Chadbourne & Parke LLP prior to joining Ganfer & Shore.
He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2000, where he was awarded Outstanding Editor with the Environmental Law Journal. Mr. McCracken was an Honor Graduate from Baylor University in 1997.
